New Regional Director Appointed to Lead FairWind in APAC
FairWind, a global leader in wind turbine installation and service solutions, has appointed Andrew Tull as Regional Director APAC (Asia Pacific). Mr Tull brings more than 25 years’ experience in social and economic infrastructure having held senior positions with global infrastructure consulting firm AECOM. He supported major infrastructure projects and business operations across sectors such as transport, buildings, water, energy, and the environment. He was most recently Regional Business Line Director, Buildings & Places Australia and New Zealand where he led engineering, architecture, cost management, urban design, and specialist advisory services for the business.

In his new role, Mr Tull will be responsible for leading the growth and strategic direction of FairWind in the APAC region. Following the acquisition of Cosmic Group in Australia last year, former Managing Director and co-founder Matt Crossan has been leading FairWind’s APAC business, he will now move into the new role of Head of Sales for the region with a focus on expanding the company’s strong project pipeline across Asia Pacific.
Stewart Mitchell CEO at FairWind said: “The acquisition of Cosmic Group last year was a significant step for our growth in APAC. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Matt for his leadership and guidance to the business so far. His experience and understanding of the market make him the ideal person to take on the Head of Sales role and he’ll be integral to our continued growth.
“Andrew brings a wealth of experience and a proven track-record in delivering large infrastructure projects, which will be invaluable for the next phase of our expansion. The installed turbine base is set to continue to increase in the region and there is significant potential to increase both our service delivery and customer base. I look forward to working with Andrew as we continue to strengthen our support to customers.”
Andrew Tull added: “I’m really pleased to be joining FairWind at such a pivotal time. The business has a bold strategy, a strong reputation for delivering high-quality turbine services and significant opportunities for further expansion. Our ability to support both new installations and ongoing service and maintenance activities enables us to play a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability and performance of our customers’ operations.”
