Bitbloom, the specialist provider of software and analytics services for the wind industry, announces it has signed a renewed contract with Ventient Energy, the biggest independent generator of onshore wind energy in Europe.

The partnership will see Ventient Energy extend to the end of 2023 the use of Bitbloom's proprietary Sift Monitor analysis platform, which provides automated analytics and reporting to optimise both operating performance and the health of wind assets. Bitbloom will deploy a range of features to allow Ventient Energy to quickly and easily disseminate insights to project stakeholders.

This approach helps us maximise our insight into our data and the performance and operation of our assets. We're pleased to continue the trial of the software exploring its capability and suitability for our portfolio."

Having worked together previously, Bitbloom's initial retained Sift Monitor contract began in January 2022, covering Ventient Energy's UK wind assets. Following its successful delivery, the increased scope of work will also include parts of its European portfolio.
