This fast cure silicone adhesive sealant is used for bonding and sealing photovoltaic module components including PV rail bonding, PV frame sealing, and for junction box adhesion. The PV 8303 provides an ultra-fast cure for fully automated processes using a condensation cure. The sealant is a two-part product using the PV-8300 Base providing a customized cure rate. The Dow Corning PV-8303 has a UL rating of UL 94 HB; RTI 1050 C, and is ideal when fully automated production is desired. It delivers better durability and strength for rail bonding, frame sealing, and junction box adhesion even under demanding outdoor exposures typical of PV applications. This product joins the PV-8030 Adhesive where room-temperature curing is preferred and the PV-8301 originally introduced in 2008.
