RP Partners with Huaxing Cable to Expand Balance-of-System Solutions Offering

RP, the leading value-added distributor serving the utility-scale solar industry, announced that it is partnering with Huaxing Cable USA (Huaxing) to provide Huaxing’s comprehensive line of solar cable and wire products to the United States market. RP is a leading provider of fully designed single-axis tracking systems, and will be the exclusive US distributor supplying Huaxing’s cable and wire solutions to utility-scale solar projects.

Huaxing is one of the leading cable and wire manufacturers in China, producing a complete line of UL-certified conductors, PV wire, MV cable, and concentric cable that has been sold in more than 60 countries. “Between the policy tailwinds provided by the Inflation Reduction Act and soaring load growth projections, we see an important role for Huaxing in accelerating the energy transition in the United States,” said Jack Yang, CEO. “The end-to-end, value-added approach that RP brings to distributing balance-of-system solutions makes them the ideal partner for putting our products to work on utility-scale projects.”
