Integrated base power station for multiple inverters
More for less is the advantage that EPCs recognize in the one- to two-megawatt PowerStation solutions for utility scale, multi-megawatt PV projects. More points of efficiency for nearly half the current, size, and weight of alternate solutions. Solaron inverters already provide maximum energy harvests with 97.5% CEC and 98.5% peak efficiencies—at half the current of competing units. Integrated in the PowerStation conversion system, the inverters are connected in parallel to a single-winding, high-efficiency, medium-voltage transformer that costs far less than custom, dual-winding transformers. All necessary AC switch gear and electronics are included in the compact base station for easy, lower-cost shipment, and installation.
