Solar dataloggers

With CAS’ dataloggers, users can perform their own solar energy audit to help a facility qualify for a rebate program or to find savings on an existing installation. Their Accsense Electrocorder product family contains everything needed to record and analyze energy data, thanks to the PV-3 Solar Datalogger. These devices measure and record solar irradiance and DC voltage/DC current, allowing installers and/or homeowners to check the efficiencies of their solar panels over various periods of time. For a detailed analysis, Electrosoft software is included with the datalogger, which enables input of the area. This allows users to calculate and compare predicted input with the actual solar energy generated to help maximize performance.
