Solmetric now offers a new version of their PV Analyzer, a 30-amp I-V Curve Tracer. Considered a premier device employed during commissioning, auditing, troubleshooting, and ongoing O&M, the new I-V curve tracer has the ability to measure I-V curves of up to 30 amps and 1000 volts. It was specifically developed to address the growing trend in large-scale PV systems that use harnessed strings. The 30-amp PVA includes a database of more than 12,000 modules, as well as the latest software version 3.4. It also uses the Solmetric SolSensor (a wireless PV reference sensor with a wireless range to 300 feet), and provides an incident angle-corrected irradiance sensor that delivers accurate readings in lower light conditions.
