Manufactured under the trade name VALTRON. Valtech’s epoxy adhesives are used in the silicon wafering process, specifically for mounting ingots for squaring and wafer slicing. Valtech’s molded polymer mounting beams are used for mounting silicon ingots for wire sawing, and are designed with a special grooved surface that ensures a consistent adhesive layer. The adhesive is easily and completely removed when heat is applied to the substrate. Post and final cleaning of sliced wafers are accomplished using either ultrasonic or in-line cleaning methods with VALTRON formulated detergents.
