Ecology and Environment, Inc. (E & E) offers the professional environmental support required to site, permit, and operate solar energy generation and transmission facilities. E & E covers all the bases from water supply, wetland considerations, and ecological impact studies to land use, socioeconomic analysis, and community outreach. They recently helped a developer quickly obtain permits for a 39 MW photovoltaic project, one of the nation’s largest, which begins construction in California this fall. Operating from 31 locations from coast to coast, E & E is supporting the development of over 800 MW of PV capacity.
