Key Capture Energy Announces Search for New CEO to Propel Growth
Key Capture Energy, LLC (“KCE”), a leading developer, owner and operator of battery energy storage systems in the United States, together with its owner, SK E&S Co., Ltd. (“SK E&S”), a global clean energy & solutions provider headquartered in South Korea announced a search for its new Chief Executive Officer. In 2016, Jeff Bishop and Dan Fitzgerald started Key Capture Energy, and now after seven years as CEO, Jeff Bishop has announced his intent to step down upon hiring of a new leader for the Company.
Jeff Bishop, co-founder and CEO of Key Capture Energy, said, “Dan Fitzgerald and I started with just a PowerPoint and an idea to build and operate utility-scale battery storage projects seven years ago, I’m very proud of what the Key Capture Energy team has accomplished, and I am excited about KCE’s future.” He continued, “We have built a market-leading team and using our unique approach of starting with small projects, learning by doing, and applying those lessons learned, KCE is expanding and growing into markets across the country to continue leading the transition to the electric grid of the future.”
