Access critical insights through real-time metrics and reporting tools; advanced diagnostic tools and system alerts as well as remote monitoring and troubleshooting enable 24/7 network support to minimize station downtime, enhance user satisfaction, and optimize site capacity; and end-user app with access to control authentication, management of payments, past sessions and the ability to report charging station issues. Additional integration with popular applications like PlugShare and Google Maps facilitates easy identification and navigation to available charging stations.
