Sherin and Lodgen Partner Beth A. Goldstein Presents at MCLE 23rd Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference

Boston law firm Sherin and Lodgen LLP announces that Beth A. Goldstein presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) 23rd Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference on March 3, 2022. This annual event covers recent developments in federal and state legislatures, agencies, and courts, as well as in Massachusetts municipal law. Goldstein discussed the expansion of solar, including solar leasing, and what's next for solar energy incentives programs in New England. 

As chair of the firm's Renewable Energy Practice Group and a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department, Goldstein represents individuals engaged in complex renewable energy transactions including construction and permanent financing of clean energy facilities, permitting, development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects, energy regulatory issues, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects. Her leasing practice includes landlord and tenant representation in the leasing of renewable energy, industrial, retail, restaurant, and office space.
