Daetwyler Clean Energy’s (DCE) Eco-Top design incorporates an integral wind deflector to minimize wind loading and system weight. It features ETL-approved integrated grounding, which significantly reduces system grounding costs. Module tilting with support stands allows for fast wiring and easy system and roof maintenance. The system is made up of only three components, making it the fastest system to install. Flexible, UL-approved wire management hardware secures and protects the wiring during the life of the system. The Eco-Top has an average dead load of 3.5 PSF for 90 MPH winds, which opens opportunities for buildings that can’t handle traditionally heavier systems. The environmental Eco-Top incorporates integrated ballast pads made of recycled rubber, allowing for LEED credits.
