WindCom Proudly Announces New EHS Manager, Lindsay Carranza

Lindsay Carranza recently joined WindCom Services' leadership team as the new EHS Manager. Her professional backgroundLindsay Carranza, EHS Manager includes experience working in the chemical industry where she gained a solid foundation for hazardous materials, confined space entry, DOT compliance, and establishing a safety culture.

"I'm excited that we found Lindsay. Her mix of hands-on experience coupled with her knowledge of OSHA requirements makes her the perfect fit for our team. WindCom's safety initiatives are essential and Lindsay's leadership will help us implement strategies that impact the safe execution of blade repair processes," says WindCom's General Manager, Gary Kanaby.

Lindsay is bringing aboard new ideas to strengthen the safety habits and mindset of WindCom. "The idea is to create a safety culture where employees choose safe behaviors over unsafe behaviors, naturally and instinctively. I think this happens with support, coaching, and a genuine concern for the health and safety of our employees," says Lindsay Carranza.
