K2 Management Strengthens its Leadership - Expansion of Board of Directors

K2 Management, as a part of its long-term growth strategy, is expanding its Board of Directors to five people with the addition of a new board member and the appointment of a vice chairman.

Details of new additions to Board of Directors

New Vice Chairman - Jesper Kristian Jacobsen (49), CEO at Aarsleff, a leading Danish contracting company with 6500+ employees in the Nordic and Baltic region. Aarsleff has a strong track record in building offshore foundations as a sub supplier.

New board member - Mads Bach Christensen (47), CFO at Beumer Group A/S, part of an international manufacturer of intralogistics systems for conveying, packaging and distribution with more than 4000 employees. 

In January 2019, K2 Management announced Jørn Zielke as new company CEO. He will join the company during the first half of 2019, when released from the contract with his current employer.
