Quarterly wind performance maps for Q4 2018 show deviations in the wind resource from average Q4 conditions in every region of the world.  

In the fourth quarter of 2018, winds were above normal relative to the long-term, fourth quarter norm (1988-2014) across the Canadian Maritimes and Central Europe.  Winds were below normal across much of the globe, including North and South America, India, and most of Europe.
