Trachte Southeast Achieves Major Production Milestone

Trachte, LLC continues to set records in the industry, with the shipment of the 1,000th equipment shelter from its Stephens County GA facility planned for October 5, 2018. Trachte custom buildings are used by electric power utilities, data center operators, and OEM manufacturers to house and protect critical electrical and mechanical equipment.

"We are extremely proud of the accomplishment by the entire team at our Trachte Southeast facility as demonstrated through the 1,000 buildings they have successfully delivered to industry leading companies, allowing us to serve the complex equipment protection needs of our partners and customers," said Jim Gross, CEO of Trachte.

Trachte's roots date back to 1919 in Wisconsin, and the company added the Trachte Southeast facility in Georgia over 10 years ago to serve the southeastern portion of the US and to support a major OEM in the region. Since that time, Trachte has continued to grow market share in the US, implementing technological advances in engineering and manufacturing, creating industry partnerships, and solving complex equipment protection challenges.

Headquartered in Oregon, Wisconsin, with a second facility in Eastanollee, Georgia, Trachte LLC manufactures preassembled and modularized, design-flexible, steel-framed control buildings. Trachte custom buildings house critical equipment such as relay and protection controls, switchgear, SCADA, communications, battery systems, servers, and data center hardware that control and protect electrical infrastructure and equipment. Trachte buildings are also used extensively in industrial applications to house equipment such as switchgear, motor controls, and pumps. Customers rely on Trachte for its product quality, project management capabilities, and structural and electrical engineering expertise.
