STI Norland Delivers 1.530 Solar Trackers in Paraiba State (Brazil)

STI Norland has announced the start of a new PV project with its most innovative tracking technology, the STI-H250 dual-row tracker, in the state of Paraiba and with an installed peak power of more than 63 MWp.

The execution works began last march at Malta & Angico Solar Power Plant, led by the EPC company WEG, in which STI Norland Brasil is supplying 1,530 solar trackers of the STI-H250 dual-row model and executing the foundations of the same. In the plant, 192,780 panels of the GCL manufacturer will be installed.

The facility, which will occupy an area of more than 120 hectares, will have a capacity for over 63 MWp, and will supply electricity to more than 100,000 people. 

Brazil is one of the strategic markets of the Spanish tracker manufacturer, a market where it is one of the main leaders in the sector with more than five projects executed. 

In addition next week, the solar trackers and fixed structures manufacturer will participate in the Mirec fair in Mexico where thy will show its most advanced and innovative solutions, which allow to maximize production and great cost savings.
