Wind Power Double Feature Coming to New York this October

The American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) is bringing two back-to-back conferences to New York City this October. Both conferences are free and open to credentialed media.

AWEA Offshore WINDPOWER 2017 Conference - This year's Offshore WINDPOWER follows the start of operations at America's first offshore wind farm in 2016. With New York State's ambitious goal to build 2,400 megawatts of offshore wind in mind, industry leaders will come together in The Big Apple for the largest gathering of offshore wind experts in the U.S. Conference panels will discuss how to continue the momentum advancing offshore wind, such as developing a robust U.S. supply chain.

AWEA Wind Energy Finance & Investment Conference 2017 - Wind power is in high demand from customers across the board, including utilities, Fortune 500 brands, and major cities. AWEA's Finance & Investment conference convenes those customers with bankers, financial experts, investors, and developers who know how to capitalize on the multi-billion dollar wind energy finance industry.
