Workforce magazine awarded Dr. Philipp Schramm, CFO, VP of Human Resources and IT for Webasto Roof Systems Americas, the 2017 Workforce Game Changers award for workplace leadership. Webasto is the market leader for sunroofs, panorama roofs and convertible roofs as well as parking heaters.

Schramm earned a spot in the Workforce Game Changers Class of 2017 for his influence and leadership at Webasto Roof Systems. He is one of the visionaries behind Webasto Roof Systems' turnaround in the Americas region, which in addition to the traditional financial focus, was fueled by a heightened focus on culture, employee engagement, training and development. For the past seven years, the Workforce Game Changers award has recognized the next generation of workplace leaders and rising stars under the age of 40.

Schramm joined Webasto in 2010 as head of corporate development & strategy at the company's Germany-based Group headquarters where he oversaw all merger and acquisition activity. Today, Schramm drives operational and financial excellence overseeing Webasto Roof Systems' financial controls, as well as all HR and IT functions, communications and legal.
