Schletter Inc., a division of the Schletter Group that covers the North American markets, has successfully executed a restructuring program over the past two and a half years.  This program comprised mainly of the consolidation of the industrial footprints, the renewal of our product development program, and the buildup of a strong team.
 
In 2014, Dennis Brice joined Schletter Inc. as CEO to lead the company through this first phase of repositioning.  That phase has been successfully completed; therefore, Dennis will be handing over the baton to Russell Schmit. We thank Dennis for his significant contribution to the positive development of our company and his fruitful cooperation.
 
As we transition, Schletter wants to welcome our new CEO, Russell Schmit who has a very successful top management career in the renewable markets in both Europe and America in a variety of manufacturing and service companies. We are excited to bring Russell on board to lead Schletter Inc. and expect to see improved capabilities and a strong customer focus going forward.
