Scale Microgrid Solutions, Inc., a clean technology startup, announced the addition of Ryan Goodman as the company's Chief Executive Officer, and Howard Goodman as Chief Technology Officer.

Ryan Goodman has over 10-years of energy industry experience, and most recently served as the President of ENER-G Rudox, Inc., which was acquired by Centrica PLC as part of a $212M M&A transaction in 2016. An electrical engineer by training, he received his MBA from Harvard Business School and spent two years at the Boston Consulting Group prior to reentering the clean technology sector in 2011. 

"Indoor agriculture is one of the fastest growing markets in the United States, but the industry faces significant energy related challenges at present," said Goodman, "Scale Microgrid's technologies will help the industry overcome these challenges by allowing facility owners to simultaneously reduce costs, improve energy security, and mitigate environmental impact. Howard Goodman brings over 35-years of on-site power generation experience to his new role as Chief Technology Officer.  Over that time, he has established himself as one of the preeminent technical minds in the industry, and has designed solutions for a litany of high profile facilities such as the United Nations Headquarters in Manhattan, the World Trade Center, Morgan Stanley, and Brooklyn's Barclays Center. He will oversee both product design and systems engineering in his new role at Scale Microgrid Solutions. 

Both Ryan and Howard are expected to assume their roles later this month.
