Solar software platform
Aurora Solar’s one-stop software platform allows a user to quickly build complex 3D models, perform

detailed shading analysis of a site, and automatically create full system designs in just a few clicks.
Aurora generates NEC compliant designs and their associated electrical one-line diagrams. Inbuilt
inancial simulations produce a detailed cash low model and investment summary. Aurora’s software
can also generate fully customizable proposals, with uploaded logos, photos, and charts, as well as 2D
Fixed-tilt ground-

When it comes to securing solar panels to commercial rooftops,
most racking systems are designed to be secured in place with

ballast blocks or cement pavers.

Trouble is that even ballasted rack systems can still move around
on the roof. Plus sharp or broken pieces of ballast can damage
roof covers, leaving the building vulnerable to leaks and other

roof problems. More important, many buildings cannot accom-
modate the dead load weight that ballasted systems require.
