Whitelisting

A whitelist is a list of e-mail addresses or domain names from which an e-mail blocking program will allow messages to be received. E-mail blocking programs, also called a spam filters, are intended to prevent most unsolicited e-mail messages (spam) from appearing in subscriber inboxes.

Below are some instructions to ensure the delivery of North American Clean Energy emails:

Gmail

  1. Open one of our emails sent from [email protected] & [email protected].
  2. Click on the little downward-facing-triangle next to "reply".
  3. Click add [email protected] & [email protected] to contacts list to whitelist us.

iCloud

  1. Click Address Book.
  2. Click File.
  3. Click New Card.
  4. Enter [email protected] & [email protected] and click Edit to finish.

Outlook

  1. Click the Home tab.
  2. Click Junk.
  3. Click Junk E-mail Options.
  4. Click the Safe Senders tab.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Enter [email protected] & [email protected] and click OK to finish.

Yahoo!

  1. Open one of our emails sent from [email protected] & [email protected].
  2. Click Add to contacts next to [email protected] & [email protected].
  3. Click Save to finish.

AOL

  1. CLick Contacts in the right toolbar.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Enter [email protected] & [email protected].
  4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.

Comcast

  1. Click Preferences from the menu.
  2. Click Restrict Incoming Email.
  3. Click Yes to Enable Email Controls.
  4. Click Allow email from addresses listed below.
  5. Enter [email protected] & [email protected] you want to whitelist.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Update to finish.

iOS Devices

  1. Open a message from [email protected] & [email protected].
  2. Tap the sender.
  3. Click Create New Contact.

Android Devices

  1. In your email client, touch the picture of the sender.
  2. Click OK.

Windows Phone Devices

  1. On Start, tap People.
  2. Swipe to Contacts and then tap New.
  3. Tap the Person email box and enter [email protected] & [email protected].
  4. Tap Save to finish.
