Marathon Special Products is preparing the industry’s first UL-recognized 1500-volt power blocks, ideally suited for combiner and junction boxes of solar power systems. With higher voltage ratings, integrators are able to design systems with greater efficiency, less power loss, and material/component reductions to save on installation costs. The blocks will distribute power from 350 Amps to 620 Amps at a 90° C (194° F) wire ampacity.
