The Solar Ware product line from TMEIC offers high-efficiency inverters, a packaged substation, and centralized site control. Solar Ware, which comes in 100 kW, 250 kW, 500 kW, and 630 kW inverters, offers up to 98.6% efficiency in a compact footprint and has a MPPT operating range up to 950 V. TMEIC’s Solar Ware Substation Package is available in 1.0 MW to 2.6 MW blocks, and provides an integrated, weather-resistant PV station for utility scale-installations. Additionally, the Solar Ware Main Site Controller offers centralized management of an entire PV plant, a single point of access to the status of all inverters, as well as power reference control, slew rate control, and reactive power reference.
