SEIA to Host Policy Forum on the Future of the Solar Industry (12/2)

On Thursday, December 2, the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) is hosting a policy forum that will convene key lawmakers, policy experts and clean energy leaders for discussions about the solar industry's future and vision for the next decade.

As the Build Back Better Act moves through Congress, the half-day, in-person event will cover the historic provisions in the legislation and what they will mean in practice for solar deployment, domestic manufacturing, workforce development and related regulatory issues. Senator Tina Smith (D-MN) will make keynote remarks at the event, highlighting the policy pathways to reach the solar industry's goal of accounting for 30% of U.S. electricity generation by 2030.

Members of the media should RSVP to Morgan Lyons ([email protected]) for a press registration code and additional details.
