Shoals Technologies Group announces the latest addition to their already diverse product line, the Slimline Series of PV combiner boxes. This series capitalizes upon Shoals’ decade-worth of balance-of-system experience by reducing enclosure sizes and optimizing the internal components to provide a lighter, more compact, and cost-effective product. Shoals designed the new Slimline combiner boxes to optimize the usage of space within the enclosure, without comprising standards, to reach the price points customers are requesting due to the continual downward pressure on BOS components. Listed for ETL 1741 and CSA 22.2, and rated for 600 VDC and 1000 VDC systems, the Slimline series supports up to 18 inputs. It’s available with UL98B disconnects and SNAPShot wireless monitoring. Standard features include: finger-safe fuse holders; oxygen-free, plated busbars; NEMA 4X enclosure; and a five-year warranty standard on all models.
