HES PV’s Fast-Rack HD and LP Rail Systems
were designed to speed up the installation of

commercial and residential-scale PV arrays on
sloped roofs, with a minimum number of roof
penetrations. The Fast-Rack Rail System offers

the following features: stronger rails (HD) of up to
64"/48" span between roof connections; integrat-
ed grounding, whereby the rails bond the panel to

the system ground, eliminating the need for panel
ground lugs and wires; and easy rail leveling with
a rail height adjustment of 2". The System also

includes self-sealing roof bolts. The EJOT Anchor
Bolts are capable of up to 5" of roof penetration,

UL2703 BONDING & GROUNDING easily and simply securing the Fast-Rack Rails to
roof trusses.
