Ballasted flat-roof system

Schletter’s snap-in-place, ballasted flat-roof system is now ETL Classified to UL Subject 2703, and features new, easier-to-install components. Ideal for commercial-scale systems when a high concentration of modules is required, the AluGrid reduces loading on the roof. Re-designed to use a pre-assembled, two-piece clamp equipped with a grounding pin, this pin pierces the anodized surface of the module frame, bonding the modules with the system—so, no copper wire or grounding lugs are needed. Snapping in place with self-drilling screws, The AluGrid uses aluminum alloys to provide a nearly indefinite lifespan, even in high UV radiation areas. With a fixed tilt of 10 or 15 degrees, the AluGrid design is based on extensive wind-dynamic research.
