POWER Engineers, Incorporated (POWER) has named Holger Peller, current head of POWER’s largest division, to fill the new role of Chief Operations Officer.
“Holger has a great business sense and a deep understanding of our industries,” said Jim Haynes, POWER’s president and CEO. “He and I share a vision of our firm’s future and an unwavering commitment to our clients.”
In this position, Peller will oversee the operations of POWER’s seven production divisions and business units. One of Peller’s major focuses will be strengthening collaboration, ensuring POWER’s teams work together seamlessly to help the company’s clients take advantage of opportunities such as decarbonization and grid expansion.
“Our clients don’t just want services, they want solutions,” said Peller. “By bringing our production teams closer together, we can better support our clients as they work to transform the industry.”
Peller joined POWER as a substations engineer after graduating from Gonzaga University in 1992. From there, he served as a project engineer, regional manager, business unit director, corporate operations manager, and senior project manager. He earned an MBA from Boise State University in 2016, and named Executive Vice President of the power delivery division two years later.
Peller is expected to transition to his new role beginning in 2022.
