Exciting Updates to GLOBE Series Executive Team

GLOBE Series is pleased to announce that Ted Fergusonwill become our group's first-ever Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) in addition to Managing Director of CBSR; Carol-Ann Brown is moving into the role of President of The Delphi Group; and Biboye (Bo) Aganaba is the new Executive Director of Leading Change Canada.

These roles take effect April 8, 2021.

Ted previously served as President of Delphi for the past five years. In his new role as CSO, he will be responsible for ensuring that we are on the path to realizing our vision: to achieve a sustainable, prosperous and socially just future in a generation. More than ever before, Canada needs our group of organizations - Delphi, GLOBE Series, Leading Change Canada, CBSR and EXCEL Partnership - to help business and government meet our clean economy, net-zero carbon and circular economy targets, and to do so in a socially just manner. Ted will work across the group to find more ways for our expertise, ideas, and leadership to contribute to a more sustainable future.

As Managing Director of CBSR and EXCEL, Ted will work with CBSR's Executive Director, Leor Rotchild; the CBSR Board; and Puninda Thind (who serves as Program Director for CBSR/EXCEL) to support the growing corporate ambition around business and sustainability issues.

As President of The Delphi Group, Carol-Ann will ensure Delphi delivers on its mission to transform the way leading organizations generate value to make our world better. Carol-Ann is an amazing leader who understands the company's expertise, team strengths, and culture of excellence. Most recently Delphi's Vice President of Innovation and Cleantech, she has been an integral part of our senior management team and our success for years. We know Carol-Ann is exactly the right person to lead Delphi through what is one of our most exciting periods of transformation and growth. Get to know Delphi's new president via her latest blog!

As Executive Director of Leading Change Canada, Bo is responsible for the operations, programs, fundraising, and strategic plan of the organization. His involvement with Leading Change began as the Digital Network Coordinator, where he was responsible for running the Leadership Coffee Chats and Leading Change Hubs. Bo is currently in the final stages of an MSc in Engineering, focusing on Urban, Energy, and Environmental Planning through Aalborg University in Denmark. He is passionate about the relationships between urbanism, ecology and social justice, and we're excited about the energy ideas that he brings to Leading Change.

In addition to these internal developments, we are growing! We're looking for people to join our team in the following roles:
