CE+T Has Partnered with e-On Batteries to Release the Industry's First Dual DC Smart Grid Interactive Turn-Key Energy Storage System

e-On Batteries, an industry-leader in lithium battery energy storage systems, announced a strategic collaboration with CE+T to provide pre-integrated turnkey solutions pre-approved by the California Energy Commission. e-On Batteries has developed standard system configurations that fit most commercial & industrial Behind-the-Meter applications and has systems in stock in Dallas, TX for short lead-time delivery. The utilization of government agency incentives not only ensures generous product savings for customers, but also streamlines typically lengthy rebate approval and permitting processes

"We are very excited about this partnership with e-On. Our joined efforts have allowed the creation of energy smart, cost effective and safe Energy Storage Solutions that encompass EVSE, microgrids and energy arbitrage management," said Mario Barbaresso, CEO of CE+T.

California faces a growing electricity crisis, attributed by multi-faceted causes. The grim reality is that without monumental, extensive grid restructuring, energy consumers will continue enduring the pain of having their power cut off for days at a time, to assist electric utilities in the avoidance of starting wildfires. The current grid infrastructure is not viable to handle the ever-growing usage demand, and current proposed alternative solutions are years away from implementation. The most rapid path, based on current technology scaled to meet demand, is undoubtedly installation of battery storage systems, which functionally operate in the event of a power outage, plus reduce overall costs by drawing on reserve power to level off demand charges during peak consumption.

e-On Batteries manufactures SmartBESS Pre-Integrated Energy Storage Systems, which are based on a proprietary LiFePO4 compound designed for enhanced performance longevity and safety.  The CPUC's Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) provides incentives to support existing, new, and emerging distributed energy resources. The program provides rebates for qualifying distributed energy systems installed on the customer's side of the utility meter. Commercial and Industrial Customers can receive a rebate between $250 to $1,000 per kilowatt-hour depending on the rebate category the applicant is eligible for. The SGIP program can potentially cover 25% to 100% of the cost of an average energy storage system including installation. Todd HayesCEO of e-On Batteries stated, "The inclusion of our paired systems within the SGIP list further validates the partnership we have established with CE+T, which continues to accelerate our mission of supporting C&I customers and installers by providing the safest, and most installer friendly pre-integrated turnkey solutions in the industry
