STEGO Inc. has introduced two new Hygrostats that when connected to an enclosure heater will prevent condensation from ever happening. The EFR 012 Hygrostats sense relative humidity (RH) in control enclosures and, whenever the RH rises to a level where condensation could form, they energize a heater, expanding the air and causing RH to fall to a safe level. The EFR 012 Hygrostats provide simple and effective condensation control. Units are available either with a 40% to 90% RH adjustment range, or a 65% RH tamperproof fixed point setting.
