STI Norland Appoints Alberto Pérez Echeverria as CEO

STI Norland, global supplier of solar trackers and fixed-tilt arrays, has renewed its top management by appointing Alberto Pérez Echeverria as the new CEO. He has been the Deputy CEO of the Spanish company for almost four years.

"I am honored that STI Norland has valued my contributions to the company. Only so far this year, we have already closed contracts for more than 750 MW in solar projects spread across several countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America," says Alberto Pérez. "From my new position, I will keep fostering the growth of STI Norland. In some regions, this growth already exceeds 30 percent of the market share."

Pérez Echeverria studied Industrial Engineering with a specialty in Mechanics and Structures. He holds an MBA (Master in Business Administration), an AMP (Advance Management Program) and more than 20 years of international experience. He has worked in China, Romania, Mexico and Spain; and during the last 10 years he has been involved in the management team of several companies in the renewable sector.
