BIA Offshore Studies Supporting US Offshore Wind Development

Berger Geosciences, LLC. (Houston, TX), Integral Consulting Inc. (Santa Cruz, CA), and Akrocean (France) have formed a consortium to deliver a full range of solutions for site characterization for the US offshore renewable energy market. The consortium has a single flag named BIA Offshore Studies and gathers expertise and experience of each of its partners in the domains of meteorology, oceanology, geology, archaeology, and biology.

AKROCEAN, the French floating Lidar supplier is joining the group with its ultra-versatile floating monitoring station. This year BIA Offshore will be attending the French American Innovation Days Conference (FAID) in Boston in March, the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston in May, and the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) Conference in Houston end of May.
