Integrated Power Services (IPS), the North American leader in the service, repair and distribution of electric motors, generators and mechanical power transmission components, has named Sam Campbell as Senior Vice President - Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development.

Campbell joined IPS in 2008 and has held various financial positions, including Vice President of Finance. He holds BS and MS degrees in Accounting from Clemson University and has actively participated in every IPS acquisition, while supporting post-merger integration of acquired business.

"Sam has an advanced understanding of the industrial services market," said John Zuleger, IPS President and CEO. "His knowledge of the financial, operational and people aspects of running an industrial services business make him ideally suited for his new mission - identify, acquire and integrate great companies that support our acquisition-driven growth strategy."

Campbell will report directly to the CEO as he builds on the company's history of acquiring regional and industrial market leaders.
