Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Brad Nowak has been elected to a two-year term on the Maryland-DC-Delaware-Virginia Solar Energy Industries Association (MDV-SEIA) Board of Directors. Nowak was one of six individuals elected to the board by fellow member companies. MDV-SEIA is a regional solar industry trade association with over 180 member organizations, representing over 10,000 solar jobs in the region. 

As co-chair of Williams Mullen's Energy and Solar practices, Nowak advises developers, investors, lenders, owners and operators on conventional and renewable energy projects throughout the U.S, including the development of utility-scale and distributed generation (DG) solar projects. He has represented solar developers in the sale of over 25 solar projects to major public utilities.
