The course seeks to address the following objectives: review current technology trends as they relate to data centers, commercial buildings and sustainability; define the term "Intelligent Building"; explore opportunities and challenges presented by Intelligent Buildings; illustrate how LEED and sustainable design principles support Intelligent High Performance data centers; and identify high performance solutions for data center design. 

The new course is the latest addition to a library of resources offered by Legrand through online education site, AEC Daily. All courses are available for immediate and free access through the site as a convenient method to earn continuing education credits from a variety of accrediting organizations, including GBCI. Professionals seeking continuing education units for the reaccreditation of their LEED Accredited Professional or LEED Green Associate can earn 1 unit from this course.
