Mosaic, America's leading provider of solar and home improvement financing solutions, announced that Patrick Moore has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Previously, Moore was Chief Operating Officer at Renovate America, Inc.

"With Patrick's strong track record of operations management in consumer lending, he will play a key role in the development of our company," said Billy Parish, CEO of Mosaic. "His operational leadership coupled with our strength in the marketplace will allow us to continue on our path of building the #1 provider of financing solutions for the modern home in the U.S."

"I believe Mosaic is uniquely positioned for success," said Moore. "The company has built an agile lending platform to achieve tremendous growth, supporting a vision of 100% clean energy for all. I am excited to join this mission-driven team at such a pivotal time and look forward to the milestones we will achieve in 2018 and beyond."

Prior to his tenure at Renovate America Inc., Moore served as Chief Operating Officer of Genesis Financial Solutions Inc., a leading point-of-sale national consumer finance company. Moore was also Chief Operating Officer for Toyota Financial Services bank subsidiary, and held executive positions in marketing, credit, and operations for the U.S. credit card business at Capital One Financial Corporation. Mosaic has also appointed two members to its Board of Directors who have strong backgrounds in consumer lending. Chris Halmy is the chief financial officer of Ally Financial, a $160 billion bank and the largest auto lender in the country, where he led the company's IPO and oversees the company's finance, treasury, and capital markets activities. Keri Findley was previously a partner at Third Point, an investment adviser based in New York, where her focus was on mortgage securities and global consumer lending assets.

Former President and Co-Founder, Dan Rosen, will transition to a founder and chairman role, where he will focus on major priorities and partnerships, as well as helping to shape the company's culture and strategy.
