Warren Luhning Joins 7X Energy, Inc. as Chief Investment Officer

7X Energy, Inc. ("7X"), an innovation leader in utility-scale solar development, announced that Warren Luhning has joined the company in the role of Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Luhning will lead the company's project finance, merger and acquisition, and capital raising activities. He will be based in a new 7X office in San Francisco, CA.

Mr. Luhning joins 7X from Pattern Energy Group, a publicly-traded (Nasdaq: PEGI) power company, where he spearheaded renewable energy finance and corporate development. Prior to Pattern, Mr. Luhning was the Director of Utility-Scale Project Finance at SunEdison. He also held senior positions at SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners and Babcock & Brown. In addition, Mr. Luhning was a professional ice hockey player with the Dallas Stars and the New York Islanders. He holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
