V-Bar, LLC and Chinook Wind, LLC announced their agreement to merge on April 17, 2017. The newly formed consulting and technical services company is rolling out its name: ArcVera Renewablesâ„¢, brand and website. The announcement is made in conjunction with the company's participation at American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) WINDPOWER 2017 conference taking place on May 22-25, 2017 in Anaheim, CA.
