Blue Lake Rancheria to Launch Reservation Microgrid
On April 27th, Blue Lake Rancheria, a century-old Native American reservation in Northern California, will host an event celebrating the launch of a low-carbon community microgrid. The system will help power government offices, economic enterprises, and critical Red Cross safety shelter-in-place facilities across 100 acres. Project partners will be on-hand to mark the launch and highlight the cost-saving, job creation and CO2 footprint benefits of the microgrid system.
