CPI to Host Q&A With Pilot of Solar-Powered Aircraft
The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI) will hold a press conference with André Borschberg, one of the pilots and co-developer of the Solar Impulse solar-powered aircraft, immediately following his keynote address on Monday, Oct. 5, to the attendees of the 2015 Polyurethanes Technical Conference at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Fla.
Borschberg will share his insights into harnessing today’s lightweight, durable and energy-efficient polyurethane technologies in new ways for the aerospace industry. The plane will also be on display during the conference.
