Alerting tool for online data management

Following on from the success of the Online Data Management (ODM) service released in 2010, GL Garrad Hassan has announced the release of an updated version of its ODM service with the addition of a new client support tool and enhanced alerting system. This additional value ensures GL Garrad Hassan continues to provide clients with the high level of responsiveness and detailed monitoring project developers should expect and demand from their data management solution. A key part of the ODM service is quick identification of problems arising with installed equipment at the project site, enabling users to promptly resolve problematic issues; thereby, increasing the coverage and value of the data recorded for eventual use in formal, bankable, energy assessments. The enhanced ODM alerting system continually monitors automated data processing and tests for inconsistencies, errors, and missing and corrupt data, so any issues with the equipment can be identified and resolved more quickly. The new client support tool also enables GL Garrad Hassan’s ODM users to have improved centralized visibility of all issues and communication associated with their various measurements, as well as a full history of support cases.
